A Very Bazaar Evening

The Bazaar by José Andrés is honored to take part in the inaugural Los Angeles Times Food Bowl. The one-of-a-kind evening will feature José’s signature dishes as never before, with José‘s talented team stepping out of the kitchen and into the dining room for one-on-one interaction, tasting stations and tutorials as well as wine degustation, specialty cocktail carts and whimsical desserts that can only be described as “very Bazaar.” A sample of stations that await guests include Modern Olive Station; Jamon Carving Stations; Foie Gras Cotton Candy Station; and of course the Philly Station.
